Validity of Content

The range of frame samples and matt boards represents a range that was currently available at the time of publishing. Availability varies according to what is currently stocked or procurable through our supplier/s at the time. Availability may change without notice. Bouquets Framed cannot guarantee the availability of any frame style or matt board, and will endeavour to obtain a substitute as near as possible to that advertised, in the event that the desired product is not available at the time.

Pricing

Prices do not include GST (Goods and Services Tax) and GST is not applicable. The advertised price is the total price for the finished product and includes the cost of framing and other materials, plus labour cost. Advertised prices are subject to change without notice.

Privacy

Your email address

We will only record your e-mail address if you send us a message. It will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to a mailing list. We will not use your email address for any purpose other than correspondence regarding Bouquets Framed.

Personal information

There is an electronic forms on this site that you can use to request more information or to book online. When we require you to enter personal information such as contact details, we will only do so to allow us to respond to your request.

We will not collect or solicit personal information via this site which would be unlawful, unnecessary or unrelated to the functions or activities of the site.

Liability Disclaimer

Although every care is taken in the preparation and framing of the bouquet, no responsibility will be taken by the craftsperson in the event of unforeseen and unpreventable damages occurring to the flowers at any stage of their preparation, or in the final product.

Responsibility of the Client

Clients are expected to collect their framed bouquet within two weeks of notification unless other arrangements have been made. The final payment (outstanding balance) is payable upon collection of the completed product.
